Kate Tynan

Partner and Supervisor

After qualifying as a Solicitor in 1995, Kate specialised in conveyancing with a firm in London dealing principally with residential property with an emphasis on leasehold and auction sales/purchases. Kate still maintains links with her London clients and the wider property market.

Kate became a Partner in the Firm in July 2007, specialising in residential and commercial property matters.

In November 2020 Kate relocated to the Scottish Borders from where she works remotely. She enjoys cooking, spending time with her cats, walking Margot the poodle, hill climbing and enjoying the many beauties of Scotland.
