Edward Kinch

Solicitor

Edward grew up in Bexhill and after successfully completing his training contract and qualifying as a solicitor he now specialises in a variety of legal areas including commercial property transactions both freehold and leasehold, development property acquisitions and development schemes; property disputes, landlord and tenant advice, possession claims, general dispute resolution and civil litigation.

Edward is experienced in litigation with regular attendances to the County Court. He has also made critical contributions in several High Court matters. Edward has advised in numerous claims on behalf of Landlords and in other high value claims.

Edward is driven to achieve results and is pragmatic. He will not compromise in his desire to deliver a high quality legal service.

Outside of the law, Edward's hobbies include running, tennis, eating out, travelling, and spoiling his cats, a Bengal and a Ragdoll.
